I had to install True Image on my Win7 PC so I could make a new rescue disk with Disk Director due to the face that Disk Director will not install on my Win8.1 PC. I did manage to fix this myself, after the chat session was over, when an idea hit me. I contacted support via chat and they couldn't help me but I'm thankful for them for trying. I uninstalled it from the old first but still got the error. I couldn't activate True Image 2014 on a new PC.
